Education and Training Lead Nurse

Lloyds Clinical are seeking a dynamic Education and Training Lead Nurse to support the delivery of clinical excellence. In this role, you will help shape the future of clinical homecare, guiding the delivery of evidence-based best practices, lead quality improvements and drive commercial opportunities.

As an expert in education and training, you will scope, implement and evaluate provision providing a clear strategy and vision. You will lead and develop a team, playing a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our homecare services.

About You

You will be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN, holding an MSc or PgC in Education for Healthcare Professionals or equivalent and demonstrate management experience overseeing 5 or more direct reports. You will have the ability to plan and develop education possessing exceptional clinical education experience, with management experience. A proven track record of converting evidence based educational and training concepts into successful delivery and the ability to implement changes and improvements across clinical teams is essential.

You will also have a sound understanding of business development. Adaptability, flexibility, and the maintenance of clinical skills in line with business requirements will be crucial, along with a full UK driving licence to travel as required.
