We’re seeking an Education Programme Officer to provide a broad range of business and administrative support to the medical and dental workforce, training and education (WT&E) team across the South West.
The post-holder will be a key member of the team whose overarching goal will be to enable the delivery of an exciting workforce programme. The role will primarily support the medical and dental training programmes, an exciting time to be involved in the changes that are happening in medical education nationally.
The successful candidate will work with the Education Programme Lead in the relevant local office to support the operational delivery of medical and dental education programmes across the South West.
Working closely with the Education Programme Lead you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
