Required as soon as possible. This role is fixed term to 31st August 2025 in the first instance with a view to extending the contract if the school budget allows.

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated member of staff to work as part of a team supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs in the first instance.

If You Have

• experience of working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs and / or children who are neurodivergent in a school setting, particularly Key Stage 2;
• the ability to stay calm and resilient when supporting children who display heightened emotions;
• the ability to make dynamic risk assessments and act in a child’s best interests when working under pressure;
• the ability to develop positive and sustainable relationships with children;
• a positive outlook and mind-set including role-modelling, making positive choices and reflection;
• a solution focused approach and the ability to put external agency advice into practice;
