Electro Mechanical Technician - Full Time - Falkirk, United Kingdom

We are expanding our skilled team and are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced
Electro Mechanical Technician to join us. In this hands-on role, you will work on diverse rotating equipment, contributing to the reliability and performance of our customers' operations.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Diagnose, dismantle, inspect, and repair a variety of rotating equipment, including electric motors, pumps, and compressors.
- Carry out mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly of rotating machinery and components.
- Perform electrical testing, fault-finding, and rewinding of motors and generators.
- Conduct routine maintenance, overhauls, and upgrades on equipment to meet operational specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with rotating equipment in an industrial or service environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a focus on the repair and maintenance of motors, pumps, and other rotating machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency in fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on safety and precision.
