Ready to kickstart your Built Environment career? Applications for our ELEVATE degree apprenticeship programme are open for the Autumn 2025 intake! Apply by 31 December 2024 and get ready for virtual assessments and in-person interviews in early 2025. Successful candidates will receive offers by April 2025.

What’s the opportunity?

Looking for your first career step into the Built Environment / Construction industry? Want to study but not incur the student debts?

Our ELEVATE degree apprenticeship programme could be the perfect fit for you. This is a permanent contract where the initial two-years follow a structured programme which will give you the perfect blend of education, working experience and additional development, helping you to achieve your degree whilst you earn & gain experience, without the burden of university debts.

We offer a wide variety of opportunities across our different multidisciplinary teams. Whether you're interested in Building Services Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management / Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering, Planning or Digital Engineering (BIM), there's a place for you to grow and learn with us.

We know that the best way for you to learn and build confidence is to be ‘out there’ with clients, colleagues and sub-contractors, so you’ll have lots of opportunities to get involved as soon as you feel ready. After all, we want you to take pride in your work and feel valued for your contributions.

We recognise that not everyone leaves education knowing what they want to do, but what we really care about is passion. If you have a love for our industry, we want to hear from you. We focus on your skills and attitude - the knowledge, we can teach!
