Employee Relations Advisor
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for HR professionals wishing to apply their specialist ER knowledge and experience within a progressive, customer focused environment. Supporting our Hospitals based across the South West and Midlands, the ER Advisor will be part of an evolving team supporting the effective management of ER cases and enhancing people leadership capabilities for Ramsay Health Care UK.
The ER Advisor will be field based and have autonomy to manager their own diary. There is an expectation the post-holder will travel to Ramsay Health Care UK sites to build relationships with key stakeholders and work alongside Leaders. Travel can include overnight stays.
What you will do:-
- Guide and support managers at all levels to resolve formal ER cases in accordance with policy, UK employment legislation and occasional pragmatism.
- Manage a varied and complex case load to ensure cases are resolved in a timely manner.
- Enhance management capability via training and coaching interventions.
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve process and the employee experience.
- Review and update policies to ensure they are legally compliant and support Ramsay’s values.
What you will bring with you:-
- Experience of end-to-end ER case management preferably in a health care or regulated industry.
- Ability to work with leaders at all levels within an organisation.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong digital literacy/IT skills.
