Employment Legal Counsel (Part-time)

We are currently working with a top UK Property Group looking for a legal counsel within the employment space to join their legal team. This is an exciting flexible part-time position that allows for more work/life balance. Ideal for lawyers in Private Practice looking for a change, working within the legal team of a business, or those returning to work after a career break.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working alongside HR and the Head of Legal.

• Providing and producing advice on employment issues that arise.

• Managing Employment claims processes.

• Ensuring and maintaining the Business' Employment Law Compliance.

Key Requirements

• Suitable for a 5+ PQE lawyer keen to provide advice and work within a business.

• Strong research and drafting skills, with excellent knowledge of the Employment space.

• Prior experience working within a property group or similar is highly advantageous but not essential.

• Interest in organisational management and working closely with a business.
