This role will report into the SwapClear & Listed Rates Product function, the role will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of defined products and/or services into the business line.
The role will lead all aspects of definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle, with end-to-end responsibility for new or legacy propositions, products and services
Roles And Responsibilities
- Owns the end-to-end delivery of new products, product enhancements and services into the SwapClear & Listed Rates business. Ensuring all aspects of the implementation cycle has been completed with partner functions.
- Influences cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies for proposition, product or service delivery are met, following relevant lean, agile and ways of working methodologies.
- Works closely with client teams to gather and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
- Ensures all relevant operating model (including any commercials), go-to-market strategies and support models have been delivered ahead of product implementations.
- Provides guidance on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality trade-offs and release schedule for a proposition, set of propositions, products, or services..
- Understands overall product roadmap and strategy, tracking strategic KPIs, drawing insights and conclusions from data to input into roadmap decisions.
- Manages own work proactively and other’s accordingly and as directed by senior colleagues to meet overall objectives.
- Seeks the expansion / improvement of existing products within own remit rather than the conceptualisation of new products, establishing the business case for product enhancements.

- Degree or equivalent in a Finance, Economics or Engineering related field preferred
- End-to-end product delivery across full implementation cycle
- Excellent organizational, and commercial acumen skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Excellent at managing and influencing a wide network of stakeholders, including senior management
- Willing and able to challenge customers and stakeholders to delivery on objectives
- Ability to operate effectively with other functions and external teams and is seen as a partner in the overall function
