Salary: Up to £135,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite (London)

They are currently looking for Engineering Manager to join and lead their existing team of circa 10, made up of passionate and likeminded Engineers. As Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading and ensuring the scalability of their product and both technically and strategically leading the team.

What we expect from the Engineering Manager:

• 2+ years proven people/technical leadership experience
• Proven experience in hands on coding, system design and architecture
• Experience scaling/building out engineering teams

Tech stack:

• Java 11-17
• PostgreSQL / Kafka
• AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform
• Typescript / React
