This is an exciting opportunity for professionals at Senior to Associate level to contribute to ground breaking projects — from local masterplans to iconic global landmarks — all aimed at achieving net-zero sustainability.

What You’ll Do:

• Leverage cutting-edge computational tools to enhance resource efficiency and high-performance development.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate environmental principles from the earliest design stages.
• Use your analytical skills to optimize energy efficiency, comfort, and climate resilience in the built environment.
• Guide teams in embedding innovative environmental solutions into architectural plans.
• Create compelling visuals and reports that communicate project insights to clients and colleagues.

Qualities and Skills:

• An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, Physics, or a Master’s in Sustainable/Environmental Design (or equivalent experience).
• Proven expertise in energy modelling, building physics, and familiarity with key software (IES-VE, Energy Plus, OpenStudio, Grasshopper Honeybee).
• Knowledge of standards like ASHRAE 90.1, CIBSE guidelines, and performance assessment frameworks (LEED, BREEAM).
• Strong coding skills (Python, Excel VBA, C++) are a plus.
• A passion for environmental sustainability and a proactive approach to challenges.
