Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies targeting finance departments across multiple industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with finance executives, understanding their unique challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
- Oversee the sales process from initial engagement through negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with marketing, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful solution delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management, analysing results and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, specifically in EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Pigment, TM1, OneStream, PBCS, Adaptive Planning, Vena Solutions, Planful etc).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence finance leaders.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and performance management.
- Experience across multiple industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
