A UK nationwide Property repair organisation is seeking an Estimator/Surveyor due to substantial growth
The role involves managing a portfolio of building-related losses for both commercial and domestic properties, working primarily from a desk with occasional site visits
Key duties include liaising with insurers, insurance brokers, adjusters, clients, and contractors, assessing damage and loss, writing estimates, preparing schedules of works, and managing contractors to ensure compliance and timely repairs
Candidates should have experience in handling building-related losses, contractor management, and be IT proficient
The position requires excellent communication skills and a full clean driving licence
