This is a fixed term position of 12 months.

WHAT WE NEED
Corpay is seeking an EV Product Manager to join our EV Fleet team to help develop innovative solutions for our customers. This position sits within our Global EV Fleet division. As an EV Product Manager you will support the growth of the EV solution within Corpay’s business by working directly with an engineering team and wider stakeholders to prioritise and deliver the most valuable features for our customers and to overcome the most pertinent challenges faced by the business.
How We Work
As an EV Product Manager, you will work from our Sheffield, UK office on a hybrid basis (1-2x per week). Corpay will set you up for success by providing the following:
- Assigned workspace in Sheffield, UK office
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
Job Purpose
- Being a member of the EV Product Team, you will support the growth of the EV solution within Corpay’s business by working directly with an engineering team and wider stakeholders to prioritise and deliver the most valuable features for our customers and to overcome the most pertinent challenges faced by the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and lead a roadmap that delivers successfully against the EV product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of the product, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the product.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product, regularly assessing product performance and making data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on key product areas, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Continuously monitor competitive landscape and industry developments, proactively adapting product strategy to maintain market leadership in business solutions for electric vehicle charging.
Essential
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in product management within a SaaS or digital environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of systems handling financial transactions and performing billing
- Experience working with energy suppliers and an understanding of the domestic energy market in the UK
- Familiarity with electric vehicles and the benefits and challenges faced when charging at home and on the road
- An appreciation of regulatory requirements for electric vehicles charging
