The role:

You are a highly organised live event professional with at least 5 years experience working in the industry. You are used to owning and delivering multiple small to medium projects or large campaigns from initial brief through to budget reconciliation and measurement reporting. You have the ability manage profitable budgets and are comfortable in front of clients, whilst keeping the agency leadership team informed throughout. You are curious, creative, intuitive, passionate and actively seek out new and interesting ways and technology to champion live experiences.

Key skills/atributes required:

  • Lead multiple projects and client relationships
  • Liase with internal collegues and external suppliers to produce campaigns to the highest standard possible, always looking for smart ways to find solutions to problems
  • Detail driven multi-tasker
  • Ability to work to deadlines / under pressure
  • Ensuring projects run to time and on budget, communicating timings effectively both internally and to clients, ensuring all key milestones are hit
  • Project team management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Supplier sourcing and management
  • Collating costs & budget management
  • Document creation and management
  • Input into creative responses and lead pitches
  • Organise and manage briefings (internally and externally)
  • Proficient in Office/G-Suite/Procim
  • Assist with crew logistics for on / site and general travel
  • Assist with venue sourcing and management

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a genuine passion for creative and assist in selling in big ideas to clients
  • Have a real get-up-and-go ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Be able to deliver campaigns on time and on budget, but also think strategically about a challenge or problem
  • Have very good attention to detail whilst being able to manage the big picture on a client account or project
  • Be interested in working collaboratively with multiple internal departments on a full-service account team
  • Have an interest in fully understanding new industries and business when presented with new client opportunities in different sectors that may not have previously been familiar
  • Be able to work autonomously and to tight, fast paced timescales
  • Be able to work seamlessly with internal and external colleagues
  • Be professional at all times and have excellent client service instincts
