Join Freshfields as an Executive Assistant!


This role is for a proactive and highly competent EA who will provide professional, client focussed support to senior stakeholders within our Dispute Resolution practice group.


Responsibilities


  • Inbox and diary management
  • Providing client and matter relationship support
  • Drafting high-quality correspondence on stakeholders behalf
  • Arranging travel using the travel agent platform
  • Arranging WIP updates and billing cycles


Qualifications


  • Experience of the billing process and direct client interactions is preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
