What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Support with the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers, including supporting work
  • Support with drafting the Annual Remuneration Report, including leading on the collation of appliable data and incentive outcomes.
  • Support activity for the annual pay and bonus process for colleagues across the Group, with a particular focus on executives. This role will be essential in ensuring alignment, where appropriate, between Group and executive arrangements and processes.
  • Preparation of package comparisons and offer letters for senior colleagues.
  • Ensure changes to policies and strategy impacting the senior population are communicated to affected employees with effective ongoing support.


Who You Are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with range of business partners.
  • Strong technical reward knowledge, managing end-to-end pay review and/or annual bonus processes.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills as well as strong communication skills including the writing of reports and papers.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, ideally with experience of handling projects.
  • An excellent teammate with experience of working collaboratively within a dynamic and customer focused environment.
