Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Create and deliver a stimulating and developmentally appropriate curriculum for young learners in line with EYFS guidelines.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
• Assessment: Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and celebrate achievements.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on students' development and well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, plan events, and promote a supportive school community.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
• Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education, creativity, and adaptability.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
