What will you be doing as a Care Assistant?
All you need is a genuine desire to help someone, to
really care…. Here are some of the ways you will support your customer…
- Personalised care, tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Promote and ensuring independence & dignity.
- Supporting with personal care needs including showering/bathing/dressing/toileting/continence.
- Providing comfort and companionship.
- Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation.
- Assist your customer to access the community, attending appointments, social visits, days out.
- Assist with our customer’s medication.
Essentials
- Caring, Flexible, Adaptable – want to give back and make a real difference
- Great communication skills – real team player
- Full UK Driving License and access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK - UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, Indefinite Leave or UK Settlement Scheme
- Satisfactory references
- Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both the Saturday and Sunday
