Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week working nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at
Cygnet Shear Meadow.
Due to a genuine occupational need, and the demands of the service, we are only able to accept female applicants for this role
Shear Meadow is a community residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

Your day-to-day…
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
