Are you ready to make a real impact? At Rightmove, we’re here to help everyone believe they can make their move - and we're looking for a driven Account Manager - Estate Agency to join our team and help make that happen.


Location: Field Based covering Bridgwater/Taunton area

Reporting to: Area Director

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 OTE & company car


The role

Are you a proactive Account Manager looking for a role that keeps you engaged, on the move, and close to your clients? We're on the lookout for someone to manage key customer accounts in the Bridgwater/Taunton area, building genuine connections and driving growth every day.


What you'll be doing

  • Drive Success: Hit new product targets within your territory by identifying fresh business opportunities, creating tailored advertising solutions, and closing deals.
  • Build Relationships: Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate value and provide insightful product and service training to keep customers informed.
  • Stay Market-Savvy: Regularly share market insights with your Area Director and Estate Agency Board, keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions - because people growth is at the heart of what we do.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work hand-in-hand with Telephone Account Managers (TAMs), Customer Service, and support teams to deliver top-tier service to every client.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database to ensure smooth account management.


What you'll bring to the role

  • Proven Track Record: You consistently exceed sales targets and bring an organised, structured approach to your work.
  • Positive & Driven: You’re committed to improvement, embrace feedback, and bring an optimistic, team-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: You have an eye for accuracy and are comfortable analysing data to provide strategic insights.
  • Team Spirit: Whether collaborating with support teams or participating in regional and national meetings, you’re all about open, honest teamwork.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal systems to keep things running smoothly.
