Description
NCH are hiring for a Service Technician to work with our PureSolve brand in the
West Midland - Birmingham Area.
The role will include providing technical and service assistance to PureSolve clients and line managers to ensure all products, breakdowns, technical queries and services are performed on time.
This will be a fixed term contract only - Minimum 3 months- Sick leave covering
Key responsbilities
KPIs:
- Accurate and timely completion and submission of any required reporting.
- Maintenance of Company provided equipment
Key Accountabilities:
- As part of a team of Technicians carry out the repair and servicing of machines through your designated territory
- Prepare products ready for despatch
- Receive deliveries and arrange collections of waste off site ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Repair and refurbish degreasing equipment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must possess a current full driving licence
- Mechanical and electrical understanding required
- Ability to use power tools, ensuring conformance to health and safety requirements.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety policies and practices is essential.
- An Engineering background would be desirable, plus any relevant warehouse experience.
- Previous customer service experience desirable.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, using tablets and 'apps', customer relationship management software and sales order management systems.
- Flexible as there may be a requirement to work away from home and at short notice weekends or hours outside of the normal working day.
