POSITION: FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISER (SOUTH UK)

DEPARTMENT: VISUAL MERCHANDISING

LOCATION: UK SOUTH

REPORTS TO: VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER, FIELD

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Strengthen the grand, edgy and luxury profile of DIOR through the maintenance of visual merchandising and supervision of launch rollouts across the South UK. The Field Visual Merchandiser drives a culture of excellence in brand standards with the client at the heart of each decision.

Position

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain excellence in visual merchandising standards across the south region.
• Strategically prioritise diary to feature door visits across four days per week, with one day administration.
• Supervise that all doors implement launches accurate to guidelines and on schedule.
• Supervise that all doors complete their launch checklists immediately.
• Supervise that all maintenance issues are processed promptly via the SimpliField app and follow-up with internal stakeholders to escalate where necessary.
• Nurture relationships and educate Area Managers and Dior Ambassadors with best-in-class visual merchandising standards.
• Support the installation of permanent counters and temporary sites within the south region.
