Financial Administrator - 6 month FTC


Main Duties

Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:

  • Team stationery supplies
  • Purchase Orders & invoicing
  • Maintain and report on all third party security supplier contractual arrangements, management framework/information, service level agreements, KPIs and detailed reporting structures to drive maximum delivery and value
  • Develop policies and processes in conjunction with third party security partners and monitor the third party security partners' delivery against these policies and processes
  • Meet, greet and escort visitors, coordinating meeting room and other requirements
  • IT equipment management and records keeping
  • Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
  • Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
  • Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
  • Any other requirements of Line Manager


What we are looking for

  • Excellent MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Knowledge of finance processes; including raising PO's, dealing with invoices, discrepancy management and finance systems i.e. SAP,
  • People, networking skills, inside the Business and with 3rd parties
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Works in a very detailed and methodical/logical way
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
