Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner being hired for a global business in Berkshire.

£70,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance and benefits

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA or ACCA
• Experience within a pharmaceutical or FMCG business
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical skills

A little more information about the responsibilities in the role:

• Provide high-value financial insights to guide management decisions, including tenders, ROI analysis, brand profitability, value creation opportunities, and optimizing commercial deals
• Oversee key financial reports, ensure robust month-end processes, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts based on clear business assumptions, support budget and target setting, and contribute to long-term
• Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to enhance the accuracy of a rolling forecasts, ensuring business alignment and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict cost control, improve OPEX forecast accuracy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead monthly budget reviews with cost center owners.
