An opportunity has arisen for a
Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
About The Role
The Finance Business Partner to Motorsport will support the business leaders and programme managers to understand the financial results, forecasts and booking processes across the Motorsport business division and ensure the appropriate level of support and insights to help enable the business to deliver the financial target.
The role reports into the Senior Finance Business Partner as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team within Finance, but also has direct matrix report into the Motorsport business unit.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and present month-end reporting of actuals including variance analysis and commentary.
- Prepare and submit quarterly forecast process for business division.
- Review and prepare future revenue opportunities and business development (e.g., Pipeline)
- Support in new projects, understanding the key revenue drivers, project timings, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in deal support and costings.
- Support ongoing review of 10-year planning process.
About You
Essential:
- Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountant qualification
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with multiple departments
- Strong communication skills, ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- Intermediate or Advanced MS Excel,
- MS PowerPoint presentation skills
Desirable
- Experience working within a similar business partnering role such as an engineering / motorsport sector
- Experience in D365 investigations and reporting or demonstrate other relevant systems experience.
- Presenting at management meetings and/ or discussing financials with business leaders.
