Location and hours: We can accommodate fully remote within the UK, or hybrid working arrangements- whatever suits you best! We do however like to meet quarterly in person and it would be great if you can join us!

What you`ll get up to as a Finance Business Partner-Pricing and Sales
- Build strong relationships by acting as the finance business partner to the:
- Chief Product & Pricing Officer
- Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
- Provide timely KPI reporting, insight and challenge on financial performance relating to partnered business areas
- Support business areas with scenario analysis (working with the FP&A team as appropriate)
- Provide analysis and commentary to regular performance reports and planning documents (including insight at a specie & channel level)
- Provide accurate, clear & insightful reporting to ensure both the finance community and partnered business areas are clear on finance (& related) performance, variances to target and forecasts
- Ensure alignment of finance treatments with departmental approaches – specifically relating to the reporting of premiums, policy volumes, filesize, CPAs and loss ratios
- Act as the key point of contact between finance and the partnered business area for management accounting, forecast and budgeting activity
- Ensure the Head of Commercial Finance and CFO are kept informed of future initiatives and activities in the partnered areas
- Champion financial awareness across partnered business areas
What We Look For In You
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Insurance Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Expenses business partnering role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Previous analysis and commercial exposure.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels effectively.
- Understand the value drivers of AFI and is commercially aware.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
