Key Practice Areas:

• Structured Finance/Securitisation: Handling complex and market-defining securitisation deals.
• Banking and Debt Finance: Advising on sophisticated lending structures for global financial institutions and borrowers.
• Debt Portfolio Sales: Guiding clients through high-value debt acquisitions and disposals.
• Real Estate Finance: Structuring and negotiating property financing deals for high-profile projects.
• Debt Capital Markets: Assisting on cutting-edge debt issuance and regulatory matters.
• Banking and Finance: Supporting clients across a spectrum of general banking and finance matters.
• Consumer Lending: Advising on credit card, overdraft, loan, and mortgage regulations and transactions.
• Corporate Finance: Collaborating on complex corporate transactions with significant financing components.
• Fintech: Partnering with disruptive fintech clients on regulatory, financing, and product innovation matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-5 PQE, ideally with private practice training in a respected law firm.
