Finance Manager Opportunity – Central London (Hybrid) - £80,000-£85,000

About the Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of group-wide consolidations.
• Safeguarding the accuracy and reliability of financial data, maintaining compliance with technical accounting standards, and supporting stakeholders across the business.
• Identifying and addressing complex accounting issues, providing guidance to teams such as FP&A and shared services.
• Optimising and enhancing financial systems (including Oracle FCCS) to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA qualified from a practice background (open on size of practice).
• Proven experience in an industry finance role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
• Strong technical accounting skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and attention to detail.
