Finance Manager

We’re working with a brand new Premium Spirits Brand who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to oversee financial operations, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, FP&A analysis, and supporting the accountancy function.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets to align with business objectives.
• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on reconciliation, payroll, and month-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Partner with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a finance role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced industry.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is desirable but not essential.
