Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Financial Planner to join our Financial Planning team in Guildford. You will be responsible for developing and creating new business with high net worth (HNW) persons and businesses ranging between £2 million- £5 million and upwards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Guildford team if you are looking for a position which needs an entrepreneurial, solution oriented approach. We will be looking for candidates to lead and deliver change and longer term to build a team around them.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To

• Energetically develop new business opportunities with HNW persons and companies
• Maintain the New Business Pipeline (NBP)
• Building new client relationships and maintain and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service to help minimise attrition.
• Structure and lead client meetings.
• To ensure client reviews are undertaken at least annually in line with clients’ changing risk attitudes and strategic requirements.
• To work in partnership with Investment Management (IM) and Professional Services (PS) colleagues to develop client relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Hold a relevant level 4 qualification or above (aspiring for Level 7) and maintains an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
• Experience of winning and developing new business with HNW (high net worth) individuals and businesses
• Experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Desire to want to build a team
