Description
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will work collaboratively with Financial Planners and PAs to support with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure both their portfolios of private and corporate clients receive an exceptional level of service complying with FCA rules and regulations.
This position will be predominantly based in Chichester, with occasional travel required to the Fareham office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new business requirements with processing and submitting a wide range of pensions, life assurance and investment business.
- Prepare annual review packs for Planners' Client meetings.
- Complete administration requirements following Planner meetings with Clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for all Clients: dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries within agreed timescales. Resolving incoming queries from clients.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Administration experience gained within Financial Services/IFA background (essential).
- Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable).
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Curo (desirable).
- Good working knowledge in areas such as pensions, investments, and protection.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiar with provider websites and online systems.
- Well organised and possess excellent time management skills.
