Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

JSS Finance are excited to be partnering with an multi £B turnover business in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for a FP&A Manager who has an entrepreneurial attitude and wants to join a forward thinking, rapidly growing business where you can really add value.

This is a commercial high profile role offering direct exposure to senior C-suite management. Offering £75,000 - £85,000 depending on PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Group Head of FP&A, CFO, Finance Business Partners and other Finance teams
• Business partnering with the Operations, Product and Marketing teams providing financial analysis and insights to drive business performance and inform decision making in these areas
• Provide decision support services to the business by utilising strategic thinking to support the delivery of accurate, timely and relevant performance information and insights to drive business decisions
• Identify and assist in implementing ongoing process improvements, including continuing to drive efficiencies and analytics
• Providing analysis of performance variances and provide insight into business drivers that impact on performance
• Deliver accurate and insightful reporting and insights in line with business goals

Key requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA qualified Accountant
• Be commercially astute, with the ability to influence and drive performance
• A proactive approach and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growing/changing environment
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management capability, confident to partner and influence up to board level
