What Your Days Will Look Like
- Recruit a Senior Manager for our More London or Edinburgh offices with experience advising high net worth individuals, private equity executives, and business owners.
- Collaborate with Private Client Partners and Directors to develop new client relationships and identify market opportunities.
- Manage a diverse portfolio, including international high net worth individuals and private equity funds.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating on client relations and project delivery.
- Maintain expert tax knowledge and stay updated on tax legislation changes.
- Advise on tax issues and deliver sessions at client and knowledge events.
- Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to team members, while keeping senior stakeholders informed.
This Role Is For You If
- Must possess a CTA/ACCA Qualification (or an international equivalent)
- Possess initiative, drive, and leadership skills to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Essential: Up-to-date UK personal tax knowledge and experience with complex tax issues for owners, founders, and executives.
- Essential: Experience with international tax aspects like residence and domicile; preferred: private equity and Alternative Investment Fund industry experience.
- Preferred: Partnership tax experience; willingness to learn industry nuances.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple client projects and plan workloads.
- Excellent communication and written skills for managing complex client engagements and producing thorough deliverables.
- Coaching and delegation abilities to develop team members; efficient use of technology for client management and analysis.
