Description
To fully maintain and support administration for Safety, Compliance and Maintenance of the Enva Fleet.
Key Responsibilities
1. To report and maintain actions from walk vehicle around checks with all supporting documents.
2. Arrange and maintain schedules for ad hoc repairs, preventive maintenance, MOT, ADR, Tachograph, tank testing, insurance check for all fleet and equipment.
3. Ensure the records and audit trail for all fleet as per point two are maintained / stored within the internal asset management systems (or new system). Update SOPs to reflect. Robust system in place to manage fleet administration.
4. Administration for Fleet licencing, permits, associated regulations and manage the reporting function returns.
5. To maintain records for all transport related accidents and incidents on assure.
6. Perform administrative duties relating to the Fleet Safety and Compliance. Maintain accurate records and prepare and submit reports as required.
7. Work closely with the logistic teams and line managers, to provide records and backup on Fleet Safety, Compliance and Maintenance issues.
8. Use all available sources of information, RSA portal, FTA, Assure, (Telematics, Tacho etc) to maximise efficiency for the fleet.
9. Maintain, report, and analyse KPI's and operational metrics focussed on maximising profit, such as vehicle repair costs, fuel usage and downtime.
10. Working with the Managers and teams to manage driver behaviour, responsible for tachograph analysis and related duties.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Previous experience in a Fleet Compliance Officer position or similar
• Experience with stakeholders and ability to discuss business plan improvement ideas for best practice
• Strong written and verbal communication needed to liaise with team and stakeholders
