Due to work commencing on the Southern Renewals Enterprise (Cp7). The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route.

You will manage projects in the Wessex area within the Buildings portfolio which will include, station buildings, platform construction upgrades and extension, canopies, footbridges including all types of M&E works..

About you

• Experience working on similar rail civils/station building projects
• Proven technical and project management abilities
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
• Sufficient experience required in construction.
• 5 years' experience in delivery of Projects on Network Rail Infrastructure
• PTS
• CITB SMTS or equivalent
• CSCS
