Group FP&A – Maternity Cover

What is the purpose of the role:
The primary role of the Group FP&A is to provide timely and reliable information on the Group's performance and drive improvements in profitability. Its responsibilities include preparation of the Group's consolidated monthly management accounts and commentary, co-ordinating the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes as well as other ad-hoc tasks. It works closely with other members of the Group Finance team and unit finance teams across the group.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and report the Group monthly consolidated management accounts and commentary. This includes setting timetables, overseeing the group intercompany reconciliation, validating group recharges, reporting on headcount, reviews of market P&L's and variances to Budget/Forecast and writing group commentary.
· Report monthly on the Group Functional costs working closely with Function heads across the group to help and support them with any finance-related questions related to their P&L's.
· Support the Group Finance Director with the group's Budget/Forecast process including setting timetables, calculating group recharges and supporting local teams.
· Develop processes and analyses to enable the understanding of project and client profitability from a Group perspective
· Working closely with the Group Finance Director and Group Technical Accountant to continuously improve Group Finance systems with a goal of maximising their functionality and benefits.
· Manage 1 team member

· Experience of working with SalesForce/FinancialForce advantageous;
· Experience of working with BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud advantageous.
