As a Franchisee Engagement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our most influential franchise merchant partners. Building on the strong foundation laid by our Account Managers, you'll focus on forging meaningful connections with key franchisee groups within top brands. Your mission? Drive growth, operational excellence, and hit ambitious team goals while being a champion for both our partners and Uber.
What You'll Do
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for day-to-day interactions with decision-makers across your portfolio of franchise groups.
- Drive Adoption & Investment: Showcase the value of Uber's offerings with creativity and impact, securing buy-in on new products and marketing initiatives.
- Unlock Operational Wins: Identify key opportunities within your accounts and craft strategies that deliver tangible improvements.
- Partner with Cross-functional Teams: Act as the voice of the customer, working with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Balance Big Picture & Details: Think strategically while staying on top of the small stuff. From big ideas to meticulous execution, nothing slips through the cracks.
- Navigate Challenges: Confidently manage tough partner conversations and work through internal roadblocks to get things done.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a relevant commercial role.
- Proven success in customer-facing roles at the executive level, consistently exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to blend business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to navigate complex partnerships.
- Data-driven decision-making skills paired with strong business acumen.
