Work Model:
This is a very exciting project and due to the nature of work is full-time on site with client. W/c 6th of Jan and running for approx 6 weeks.
What does a Project Manager - Delivery do at Hogarth?
Working on an Global Iconic Brand, The Project Manager has day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers, Print Production Manager, and our Studio to organise. manage and deliver assets. You will have solid agency experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assets being delivered on time
- Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records
- Works with the PM and Producers to ensure timings are met and keep leads up to date on progress and status
- Tracks and reports on the status of all assets
- Create clear briefs and brief out uploads to teams
- Create and manage matrices
- Check off assets against guides
- Ideally picks up overflow tasks from LOB PM
Requirements:
- Project/Asset Management background
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good process-based thinker that can still be creative with workflows
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to focus in on one specific part of the PM process but with an understanding of the bigger picture
- Proactive - someone who can use time to set themselves up for success
- Client facing
