YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to expedite inbound, outbound, and cross-trade movements on behalf of our customers, ensuring their interests are met while also delivering on the strategic objectives of our group.

This role will see you working Monday – Friday.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Plan and arrange international consignments according to client instructions and requirements.
• Receive pre-alerts and shipping documentation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments from start to finish.
• Open files for Air, Sea, Road & Courier shipments.
• Issue customs clearance instructions and ensure full compliance with AEO and customs policies.
• Manage day-to-day invoicing and job costing.
• Follow up on purchase orders and shipments.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide quotes for new traffic and new trade lanes.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

It is essential for the successful candidate to have strong experience in Sea Freight and Airfreight with customs knowledge. You will have excellent customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment managing your time effectively.
