Our client, a successful global private equity firm, is looking to hire an experienced fund accountant to join the Fund Finance team. The role will have the opportunity to manage a small team as well as to provide deal support to the investment and portfolio teams.

• Reviewing fund financial statements on an annual and quarterly basis
• Reviewing quarterly investor reporting
• Preparing and reviewing drawdown and distribution notices.
• Dealing and corresponding with investors in relation to issues and queries.
• Provide support in making the accounting software more efficient with the use of new reports and defined fields to aid more extensive data analysis.
• Managing the relationship with the outsourced service provider
• Assisting with the annual audit process.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified ACA (or equivalent) with experience working as a Fund Accountant within a UK private equity, real estate or infrastructure investment fund in London.
