As the
Grants and/or Tax Incentives Specialist, you will be involved in strategic global business projects supporting the company to develop and execute breakthrough innovations. You will do so by helping the organisation unlock its funding and financing potential and, in this way, contribute to its strategic goals and mission. You are interested in
sustainability and looking for new challenges to further develop and share your expertise in the field of identifying, leading, and securing grants and tax incentives projects. LOCATION: Home-based or hybrid working from any of the following countries – Netherlands Belgium or UK
EXPERIENCE with European, national, and regional cash grants and/or tax incentive; experience with working in a cross-functional environment; great communicator, strategist, influencer and creative thinker. We are currently recruiting multiple roles on both junior and senior level

As the Grants and/or Tax Incentives (Credits) specialist, you will
- Deploy your specialist knowledge on regional, national and European cash grants by guiding our business in the set-up of a grant strategy to support our ambitions.
- Support in setting up the internal Funding function
- Provide hands-on assistance with preparation and submission of regional, national and European grant proposals and/or tax incentives applications.
- Streamline the application and administration processes
- Monitor trends in regional, national, and European cash grants landscape and share you expertise and knowledge with your team.
- Leverage and continuously grow your network with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with the most recent innovations, industry insight and business drivers within your area of expertise.
As the Grants and/or Tax Incentives (Credits) specialist, you already are or have
- Extensive experience in the field of identifying and securing grants and tax incentives
- Thorough understanding of the grants’ landscape on European, national and regional level.
- Capable of operating in a cross-functional environment of R&D, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent writing skills, able to articulate well technical, financial and strategic areas.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, able to navigate with ambiguous and complex issues.
- Capable of dealing with multiple time-sensitive cross-functional projects.
- Goal-oriented with attention to details.
- Positive, flexible, proactive and hands-on.
- A Strong communicator and real team player, able to ally and collaborate across the organisation, gain the support of all kinds of stakeholders and establish and maintain interpersonal relations.
- Proficient in English and/or Dutch
