As a FX Institutional Sales Associate professional at LMAX Exchange, you will provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales team while building your knowledge and expertise in institutional FX sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate client data, reporting, and efficient workflows.
- Sales Support: Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and preparing sales presentations.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales pipeline activities, ensuring targets are met.
- Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support for client meetings.
- Operational Coordination: Support internal processes, liaise across departments, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Market Insights: Research and share insights into institutional FX trends to support sales efforts.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience using Salesforce CRM, including reporting and workflow optimization.
- Experience in the FX industry or with institutional clients.
