General Duties Assistant Supervisor
Salary: £38,029.42 per annum
Working Hours: Full Time, 39 Hours per week, Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset. TA5 1UF

The role of the General Duties Assistant Supervisor (GDA Supervisor) is to manage and coordinate the General Duties Assistant Team with duties supporting all porterage, meeting room set up, workspace reengineering and general maintenance tasks.
The GDA Supervisor must possess good communication skills and the ability to manage and organise their team as well as ensuring that customer relationships are maintained. You will be expected to have an excellent working knowledge of the contract and the relevant KPI’s applicable to the service lines for which you are responsible.
The team will need to be developed and supported and it will be expected that through cross training improved staff utilisation will be achieved. With the support of the Support Services Lead you will ensure that clear and concise operating procedures are in place to cover all activities.
