Job Title: Global Corporate Accounts Manager
Location: Northampton, UK (preferred) or surrounding areas
Travel: 50% across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC βοΈ
We are looking for a
Global Corporate Accounts Manager to drive
business growth, build
strategic relationships, and manage a
$20M+ portfolio in a dynamic, global environment π.
Your Mission
As the
Global Corporate Accounts Manager, you will:
- Drive Business Development: Oversee and grow a $20M+ portfolio within the Building Services Contracts (BSC) sector, accelerating sales and identifying profitable opportunities across multiple regionsπΌ.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships with key Global Corporate Accounts (e.g., Atalian, Mitie, ISS, Coor) and lead efforts to penetrate competitor-held markets.π€.
- Collaborate Across Regions: Partner with teams across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC to deliver exceptional results and implement global strategies π.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Retention (50%)
- π Lead Rollouts: Manage existing BSC accounts to meet annual sales and margin targets.
- π Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Strategic Account Activity Plans for Building Services Contracts.
- π€ Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and influencers.
- π Cross-Selling: Identify profitable cross-selling opportunities within the BSC sector.
- π‘ Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service delivery through collaboration with country teams.
- π£οΈ Leadership: Organize and lead customer business reviews, internal cross-functional teams, and client events.
New Business Development (50%)
- π Opportunity Identification: Discover and secure new, profitable opportunities in BSC, maintaining a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- π‘ Value Proposition Development: Create compelling value propositions, pricing models, and service agreements for Building Services Contracts with stakeholders.
- π€ Negotiation Support: Assist countries in client negotiations, ensuring alignment with global contracts and approval processes.
- π Deal Management: Oversee EP Deal Desk approvals and ensure smooth contract execution.
Qualifications
Your Profile :
- π Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales, preferably within Building Service Contractors (BSC) or Facility Management industries.
- π Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a global, matrix-oriented environment.
- π Analytical Skills: Strong financial and business analytics capabilities.
- π£οΈ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
