SystemsAccountants have been retained by a leading organisation to support their search for a Global Finance Business Process Manager.
After a recent private equity acquisition, the company is launching a large-scale transformation program to optimise operational efficiency on a global scale. You will be working with regional Finance Directors and the CFO, leading major change initiatives across Finance and Procurement.
The Role:
- Drive the selection and implementation of a new cloud-based ERP platform for finance, general ledger, planning, and procurement.
- Oversee the selection and roll-out of a new cloud-based expense management solution.
- Establish a framework to define, track, and improve the adoption of global business processes within the Finance & Procurement domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global Finance leadership, gaining a deep understanding of existing practices.
About You:
- Finance Expertise: Strong finance background, with an FQ Accountant qualification preferred (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Consulting Experience: Background in management consulting and/or ERP system selection and implementation, Change
- Leadership: A proven history of driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and cultural change in Finance & Procurement.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Transformation Experience: Demonstrated ability to navigate organizations through meaningful change, combining program management and technology expertise.
- Team Development: A track record of building and leading high-performing teams to deliver tangible improvements.
