Join our fast-growing and highly successful professional practice. We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead a team and manage a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. This role can be based in either our London or Thames Valley office

Key Responsibilities:


  • Specialising in assisting employers in navigating the tax, social security, share options and the other regulatory compliance obligations that arise from having internationally mobile employees in the UK.
  • Advise on designing, implementing and reviewing policies and processes in respect of internationally mobile employees.
  • Working with our international professional firms to advise and support global business on global staff.
  • Assisting companies’ employee overseas for the first time, to large multinationals with mature mobility programs.
  • Becoming a lynch pin between internal payroll, Personal tax, immigration in the UK, and bridging that with our overseas firms we collaborate with.


Requirements:


  • More than 5 years experience advising in global mobility
  • CTA ideally or if not, compensated by significant on job experience of 10 years plus and supporting qualifications such as ATT, ACA.
  • Ability to navigate complex international regulations
