Core Skills And Attributes For Success
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Customs and Trade
- Solid technical knowledge in Customs is a must.
- Consulting experience is mandatory. Combination of consulting and in-house experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven high quality delivery and attention to detail.
- Experience working as a team and leading project teams or workstreams, particularly internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
- Strong interpersonal, team and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to demonstrate effective and elevated communication with clients, especially at senior stakeholder levels.
- Very strong organizational skills. The projects can involve a broad magnitude of workstreams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of project tasks is required.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Capability to conduct thorough research, analyse information, and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other applications.
