As a key member of the Transformation Leadership Team, you'll drive portfolio-wide alignment with strategic objectives, maintain robust oversight, and ensure delivery within acceptable risk levels. Principle Accountabilities
- Lead the charge in creating, implementing, and refining governance frameworks to align our portfolio with strategic goals.
- Balance efficiency and risk by ensuring all portfolio activities meet governance standards.
- Champion risk management with a structured approach, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and escalation of portfolio risks.
- Empower senior leaders with actionable insights on portfolio risks for informed and balanced decision-making.
- Drive excellence in portfolio reporting, ensuring high-quality data integrity and relevance for decision-making at the highest levels.
- Be a trusted advisor within the Transformation Leadership Team, championing governance and aligning portfolio decisions with strategic objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive experience in governance, programme, and portfolio management, with a proven track record in implementing governance frameworks and managing portfolio-wide risk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence, communicate, and negotiate at senior leadership levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams within governance, risk management, or project assurance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Planview, MS Project).
