About The Role
Picture this: it’s 2027, and you’ve just completed your journey within the NCC’s Digital Engineering Graduate Scheme. You joined the NCC envisioning yourself as a digital engineering or data science graduate. Now, you are harnessing digital technology to fuel innovation, agility, and growth. You’ve uncovered your identity and potential as an engineer in the digital realm.
For some, two years of shadowing someone and going through the motions of career development might be enough. But these aren’t NCC people. Our objective is to develop you into a well-rounded digital engineer capable of creating innovative and impactful digital solutions. It takes a certain type of person to make the most of this opportunity. If you’re proactive and eager to take charge of your career, this could be you.
You’ll have the chance to work with engineering and manufacturing companies, as well as digital technology providers of all sizes. By working across industries, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping them reduce costs, enhance productivity, accelerate time to market, and develop sustainable products.
How would it feel to be truly recognised? At the NCC, our people are our most important asset, and we work hard to keep them engaged. We prioritise your welfare with flexible working hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy all that Bristol has to offer. Bristol, a city that regularly tops the “Best Place to Live in Britain” lists, has something for everyone.
It’s the NCC experience that makes our graduates some of the most sought-after in the industry. If you genuinely want to work in digital engineering (and we’ll be able to tell), then the NCC is the place for you.
Leave your preconceived notions of who you are as a digital engineer at the door. Discover your true engineering self at the NCC.
