What We Can Offer
- During the two-year graduate programme, we will provide on the job training with opportunities to develop wider finance and project delivery skills, across the business, by working alongside experienced finance professionals.
- Support towards a professional finance qualification.
- Throughout the two-year programme, group learning, and personal coaching will be provided to you with the aim to develop competence, confidence, and personal effectiveness. The programme provides a structured series of modules aligned to the EnQuest Values and will include a variety of interactive learning events, a range of behavioural training modules, and 1:1 coaching.

- Based in our London office with the opportunity to work and visit our UK operational sites.

Graduate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – 2.1 or higher – or Masters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- A drive to deliver high-quality outputs through effective planning and diligence.
- Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks, being able to demonstrate logic in developing appropriate solutions.
- The role has a varied workload and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their working methods.
